Each month QBO rolls out updates, sometimes they are show stoppers and sometimes they don’t even hit our radar. During February a small change with a big impact hit QBO sales transactions.

In addition to Invoices, now we can copy and blind copy estimates, sales receipts, credit memos and refund receipts which greatly reduce time spent pushing and sharing emails.

This little tweak has made life easier by increasing the audience of the transactions to include all needed parties.

We will be looking at the two-ways to take advantage of this feature: (1) adding the emails to the individual transaction, and (2) adding the emails via the Send action option from the sales transaction list.

Of course, we still have the ability to add and save additional email addresses to the customer information using a comma to separate multiple emails, and we will look at this process as well.
